Parking Info
Molito offers parking areas designed to ensure safety, convenience and accessibility. We kindly ask guests to follow designated parking guidelines for a seamless experience

Enjoy safe and convenient parking at Molito Lifestyle Center.

Cars

  • ₱80.00 for the first 3 hours
  • ₱20.00 for each succeeding hour
  • Lost Ticket Fee: ₱510.00 + applicable parking charges
  • Overnight Parking (4:00AM onwards): ₱500.00 + applicable parking charges

Motorcycles

  • 400cc and above: ₱55.00 for the first 3 hours, ₱10.00 per succeeding hour
  • Below 400cc: ₱45.00 for the first 3 hours, ₱10.00 per succeeding hour

Bicycles

  • Free parking until 9:00AM
  • ₱30.00 flat rate from 9:00AM onwards
  • Entry Points: Gate 3 (Commerce Avenue) and Gate 4 (Alabang-Zapote Road)

Special Privilege

  • Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are entitled to free parking for the first 5 hours upon presentation of a valid ID.

Molito offers a total of 682 vehicle parking slots and 40 bicycle parking slots:

Vehicle Parking (682 slots total)

  • Outdoor Parking – 163 slots
  • Molito 3 (Covered Parking) – 103 slots
  • Molito 8 (2F Steel Parking) – 342 slots
  • Molito 10 (New 2F Indoor Parking) – 74 slots

Bicycle Parking (40 slots total)

  • Outdoor Parking – 8 slots
  • Molito 3 (Covered Parking) – 32 slots
  • Parking gates are open from 6:00AM to 12:00AM
  • Molito parking areas and common spaces remain open 24 hours
  • From 12:00AM onwards, use Gate 6 (Alabang-Zapote Road) for entry or Gate 2 (Madrigal Avenue) for exit

Molito has six (6) parking gates for smooth access:

  • Gate 1 – Entrance only (Madrigal Avenue, near Miyazaki)
  • Gate 2 – Exit only (Madrigal Avenue, near BDO)
  • Gate 3 – Entrance and exit (Commerce Avenue, near Propaganda Bistro)
  • Gate 4 – Entrance and exit (Alabang-Zapote Road, near BAR IX)
  • Gate 5 – Exit only (Alabang-Zapote Road, corner Madrigal Avenue)
  • Gate 6 – 24-hour entrance and exit (Alabang-Zapote Road, near Ambos)

Parking gates are open from 6:00AM to 12:00AM. Molito parking areas and common spaces remain open 24 hours.

From 12:00AM onwards, please use Gate 6 (Alabang-Zapote Road) for entry or Gate 2 (Madrigal Avenue) for exit.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, please observe the following pet guidelines:

  • All pets must be on a leash, in a stroller or securely carried at all times.
  • Pets are required to wear diapers. Owners are responsible for proper waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness at all times.
  • Please manage excessive barking or noise to avoid disturbing other guests.
  • Pets must always be accompanied and supervised by their owners. Leaving pets unattended is strictly not allowed.
  • Aggressive or unruly pets may be asked to leave the premises for the safety and comfort of others.
  • For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on carpeted areas, lounge sets or soft seating. For Indoor areas, Pets must remain within tiled zones.
  • Pets are not allowed to stay or linger in indoor common areas and hallways. However, they may pass through these areas when going to a restaurant, provided all guidelines are followed.
  • Pets are not allowed to dig, bite or damage plants and landscaping. Please ensure they do not urinate on landscaped areas.
  • Pet owners are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets to customers, staff or property.

The Fountain near The Tent operates daily with the following schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Friday to Sunday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Please note that operating hours may vary depending on weather conditions or scheduled maintenance.
